Like the last person said, I wish I could give this place zero stars. I guess the one star it has can go to the appearance of a home. That I, when we got here, we were impressed by the ambiance....

Dont live here worst place ive ever lived wish i could give it zero stars. You can rent a house in the area for the cost of a 2 bed room.

My fiance and I moved into the complex about two years ago. The main reason we choose The Preserve was because it was a "gated community." Well let me just say that the gates and the cameras mean nothing!! We had a car stolen about 6 months after moving in. The staff was not helpful. The cameras don't work, they are just there for false security. The gates are constantly broken and they stay...

The pool and facilities (laundry, etc.) are use by anybody that wants to come. Doors are unlocked day and night. It is after 10 PM that dubious characters arrive with alcohol for the jacuzzy. Parties last until 4:00 AM in the pool area. Since there is no public restroom, be careful entering pool or stepping on grass. The Management should be prosecuted for fraud -I got trapped here for six...
