After moving in a month ago, my experience with the Premier has been pleasant. The Premier is located near downtown Silver Spring. It's walking distance to downtown with lots of delicious restaurants and bars. It is also a 5 minute walk to the metro (close enough to everything minus the noise). Perfect apartment; but it's Silver Spring

As someone that works downtown DC, commuting on the red line is the worst. That's really the only reason I'm moving because I love this apartment. The finishes are modern, the floor plan is open and the appliances are quality. The people are great, and every time I had a garbage disposal issue or light out, maintenance came within 24 hours.
