Be prepared for nice office staff that tries really hard to be pleasant, while finding ways to increase fees to you and not upholding things (amenities, property conditions) listed in the lease. Apartment is under new management that are undergoing renovations which are nice. But the apartments are near a very active train track, like trains runs all night everyday of the week so if noise wakes you, I would look elsewhere. Gym, and Club house are also going to be updated, other than that love the floor plans and finishes.
