I just moved in a few months ago and love the place. Just one thing to note is that they can't tow in the 'Reserved' garages which people don't oblige anyway so why they have them I have no idea. The leasing staff works really hard to make residents happy and that's really nice when you're dropping this much to live here. So far I have loved living here at the Point. I think that the community is lovely, the buildings are gorgeous, and I'm really happy with our decision. Maintenance is helpful, as are the individuals in the Leasing Center. My favorite part of this community however is how extremely dog friendly it is. I've been a resident at The Point at Alexandria for going on 3 years now and I am satisfied with the aspects of the complex. The leasing office are friendly and work with you as do the maintenance staff. The location is great and convenient and I feel safe when I'm home. I've rewed me lease twice most recently transfering to a different unit and my review is still the same.
