I brought my dog, Winston here who is always very matted from his harness. He is a 10 lb shih tzu mix. Usually the past groomers would just shave him bald and not take the time to comb him out. This place was great and it was the best and least expensive haircut he's ever gotten and Winston seemed happy when he left. They even gave him a cute bandana.

Walk their dogs during the day in the neighbors yards to leave a mess for other to pick up. Thats when they are not dumping their business trash in with the neighbors on trash day so they dont have to pay like a business should.Lets not forget hanging outside smoking throwing the filters on the ground to make the place look even nicer to the neighborhood real nice business to have local to your...

I have two pugs micky/molly they love tom an his female assiant. My pugs get excited when they go to braintree pet spa' Halloween is the best time at the spa they have the best costumes.I have bad expericence with Pet Smart / Petco. I alway feel safe leaving my pugs with Pet Spa in Braintree.

I have been taking my dog Bowie to pet Spa since the day it has opened Tom the owner is the Greatest ...... he has separate cubicles for each dog ..... there are no cages and you can get an appointment the same day ......its just Great just wish there was more parking available .....thou other than that customer service is great,and they are accomodating ..... I give it 5 Stars ...........

I am a groomer who has worked @ 4 or 5 different shops profesional and small buisness! I started working here 6 months ago!! needless to say i have liked some of the places i have worked but, i LOVE this place! The owner is great, the dogs are awesome and so are there pet parents! The one of a kind stall system is the greatest thing the dogs have such different attitudes when they are not caged...
