Checked out the PH this past Saturday night during it's St. Paddy's weekend festivities. The decor hasn't changed much since I was here last fall, except for some more Irish decorations (and the owner is really from Ireland).

Stopped in for a drink on a recent visit to Schoharie County. Wanted to see how this beautiful old landmark where my grandparents used to dine, had survived hurricane Irene's devastating flood. Sadly, the building sustained a lot of damage but it is being restored. The bar area is finished though, and it was great. Good bar food, amazingly friendly...

A great place to get together

We went to the Parrott House for an informal holiday get together. The buffet was delicious and plentiful. Friendly servers circulated the warm, spacious newly redecorated dining room making sure everyone's glass or cup stayed full. The bar area was nicely decorated for the holidays.
