I stayed here personally for a year, there are so many issues with this property. YOU WONT SEE BY LOOKING ON THE OUTSIDE. first, They had a total of 2 different management companies within the one year that I was staying there. Second, they have BLACK MOLD, PEST CONTROL ISSUES, HIGH CRIME RATE. I complained about the mold for 4 months before it was actually tamed and...
The staff in the leasing office went above and beyond to make sure my move in went correct. Some days they even stayed late to make sure things were done correctly. I am soooo grateful.
This company has changed three times since Dec 2014 new management new attitude has staff full of incompetent and unprofessional set of individuals from the management on down to the smallest title. Mold, bugs, drywall, unfinished electric suckets, windows that don't completely shut letting in cold air screens that let in bugs DO NOT MOVE HERE don't let tge looks and fake staff fool you.
I have been here for 10 months, when I first moved in the management was very nice and a maintenance request took 1 to 2 days. Since there has been a management change in late 2015 it has become very dreadful and miserable with me living here if you have questions or request management is very rude to you as if you are slow and don't understand.
