When our house sold and we needed a short term lease, I immediately thought of Overlook as I'd lived there before and had a pleasant experience. We leased an apartment for 3 months and paid over $5,000 in rent and fees. Today they invoiced me for another $400. I feel like I was taken advantage of and raked over the coals.

I moved into this apartment in June of 2015. The area is very peaceful and very much family oriented. There quite a few nice housing neighborhoods as well as apartment complex. My apartment is conveniently down the street from the community park. I can easily walk down the street with my daughter or take a short job around their trail, or walk my dog to the spacious and clean dog park area. My...

Living at Overlook at Bear Creek has been the relief we needed as busy, overstressed humans. It's not perfect due to age and use but one of the quietest and more appealing complexes I've ever been in.
