Help us make it rightI must say I love Mama Angelo's in North Arlington. To find a place like this in such a small town is definitely a treasure. The food is always out of this world! On the menu it states that everything is fresh so it may take awhile and that is fine with me! I have never had a complaint yet....
Went to Mama Angelo's 2 Fridays ago, they had a small band performing, they were very good. Order our food, some Apps & Dinners.
Our server was a young man with a great personality very friendly very helpful with the menu.
Apps came out, Stuffed Mushrooms were amazing, Long Hots with Sausage were the best u ever had. Short while...
Last week a couple of us ate here, we been thinking of this place all week, we are going back today at 3pm with 2 more couples, the food was delicious, the portions were so big, the staff was great and the service! The absolute worst thing a restaurant manager can do to me is make excuses for a slow kitchen and poor table service... especially when there is a 20% gratuity added to the check for our party of ten. I know I could have had the gratuity taken off of the check, but, I don't blame the waitress for the fact...
A friend of mine recommend it for thin pizza. I ordered the famous old fashioned square pie. He was correct very good. If you are getting a salad to share for two people get the lunch portion . Dinner portion serves 4 easily. Just wish they would have mentioned this when i ordered. I am sure that would hold true...
