This community was very nice, well maintained and the apartment had very nice features. I was the first person who lived in the apartment after construction; a one bedroom apartment. I always felt that the rent was reasonable, and having been there for several years, felt rent increases were not out of line.
For being a "higher end" community, I didn't really feel like I got my moneys worth. It may have just been my place, but I always had to call maintenance to fix something. Office staff was kind of rude. Besides that it was alright.
