My hot water heater sprung a leak one afternoon and these guys came to my rescue. The office staff was friendly and knowledgable. They answered all of my questions and got me a quote in a timely manner. They came bright early the next morning. The technician gave me a curtoues call before he arrived. I sent a letter via USPS to the Neighborhood Plumber...exactly as written here. To my surprise it was answered and by the owner. Actually it was quite a nice letter and included a 10% discounted...
