The cleaning teams are great, but I guess you have to have a lot of money to get any kind of decent customer service. They have not shown up twice in a month for us after changing our requested time . Will not call them again. Worst customer service I've ever encountered.
The house did look fantastic when it was done, but seriously $1000 to have your home cleaned?!? We are new to the area, and figured that is just what it costs, but talking to neighbors I could have gotten the same service from another cleaner for $500-$600.
Good luck charging that much in the long run!
