For where it is located, and for what it has to offer its guests- the Four Seasons hotel and resort goes for the gusto and aims high! I had a terrible experience at The Loft. I bought a Groupon for a manicure & pedicure. First, I noted that the files and tools used appeared to be old and used. Second, the polish job was sloppy and looked very unprofessional. Honestly I could have painted my own nails better than this "professional".
