Despite being a loyal customer for the last 16 years with only one minor homeowners claim and zero auto claims with no accidents, tickets etc. my premiums consistently raise. Finally had enough and will be looking elsewhere! Along with my sister who just switched and my parents who will be leaving as well. Such a joke!
