It's a nightmare dealing with Huntington bank, I paid off my car loan 1 year early.I call to close Mrs. Loan they told me they going to send loan release in two week,I didn't get any think,call again and told there is gap insurance should refund to you and gave me cellphone no.for insurance department week now try to reach anyone and leave a lot of messages for calling me back because no answer you unless you leave name and no. With answer machine,I don't know what should I do am livin far away from Ohio ,,,,,,

I have a car loan with your bank & when i send a payment i send a second check to put on my principal of the car so i can get it payed off faster. My question is Why is there so many Negative comments about your bank. ????? I am trying to get this loan payed off earlier .Hope u don't do to me what other people have said about u

Stay away from this bank, my wife had to buy gap insurance on a new vehicle she bought because she was upside down on her trade in. We paid the car off 3 years early and canceled the gap insurance. They refused to give a refund for the portion of gap that wasn't used. Anywhere else you get a refund for when you cancel gap insurance except for Huntington Bank. Ridiculous how they treat you. I have a car loan through there myself, matter of fact my last three loans have been through there. You would think they would treat their customers a little better instead of trying to rip them off.

We are making our last payment on our auto loan from Huntington National bank and we always payed on time. I am not going to go into details, this is just a warning to consumers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!!! THEY ARE NOT CONSUMER FRIENDLY!!!! ~cheers
