Nice hotel, overpriced valet

Nice hotel on the river walk. Room was very nice, very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was average and pricy.

I will stay there again however I will not use (or let my unattended significant other use) the valet. $48 including taxes and fees seems extremely excessive to me.

The worst hotel that I've ever stayed at.

This was the worst hotel that I've ever stayed at. Room was dirty, the toilet was dirty, the carpet made my socks black and they charge you for every single thing that they can. Their valet operation is a mess and they charge you 36 dollars a day for it. Room service won't even answer the phone half of the times that I tried to call. NEVER AGAIN!
