Went to the Westerville HD hobbling around on crutches and not one associate asked if I needed help, which I did. Left the store empty-handed because I can't walk the entire store in my condition to find what I needed. 4-5 sales people looked at me as they walked by and didn't say anything. Might be driving to Lowe's from now on even though it's way out of my way.
