This store has the worst customer service of all time. The worst. I wish there was any other store in Hermiston with the remodeling stuff we need, so I could take my business anywhere else.

I recently read a report that stated they deny a vet his discount which was s story reported by NBC I usually bought tools and other things from them for home improvement projects but not I am thinking of switching to Lowes and True Value after reading this story.

This home depot is the worst I have ever been in. Customer service is null and a manager no name mentioned is a real heartless person. I will never shop there again.

I love their liberal return policy and it's the only reason I continue to be a customer. The staff will not make eye contact and they literally scramble to avoid customers. Today I waited by carpet for 20 minutes and no one offered to assist. I did track down two associates in tile who were drinking coffee and chatting. They said they'd call someone.
