I needed floor tile just 1200sf called ahead. your store said come on down, got it "in stock" when I go to purchase? I look at the sad little pallet of rubble.... tiles with out boxes , broken tile, different dye lot. it took more than 2 hours for these guys to come up with 1200 ft of anything close....sucked it up and moved on....paid a little more but I had some kind of material....now I also...

I was a lady on the verge of tears. I was needing a cartridge replaced in my shower. After 2 hours and 4 guys from a plumbing company, what was in there was now leaking where before it wasn't. They told me that I would need at best case just cartridge replace at $150 or worst the valve replaced around $425. Well you helped me find the replacement part and everything else I needed for a whopping...
