This yoga school is truly my "Haven". Mrs. O'Connor is a Master Yoga Instructor with over 30 years of experience. She offers a fully comprehensive physical and spiritual yoga practice.

Awesome instructors especially Susan who is a Yoga Master who has devoted her life to becoming a better yogi and making better yogis of all her students. She does this with compassion and sincere concern for her students. The studio is beautiful with an interior that rivals the best day spa. Try it, you won't regret it!

Susan is my Teacher. A direct student of Dominic Corigliano. There is absolutely nobody who gives to their students more than she does. A Traditional Yoga Shala...for those who want Yoga.
