This apartment complex is pretty nice, though I will be looking for a new place once my lease has run out. I live on the side closest to the road, and it's a little noisy with only single pane windows. The neighbors upstairs are courteous and I rarely hear them which is a big bonus when living on the lower floor. The 3BR/2BA is spacious, and very comfortable to live in; the living room is large...
It's a good place to live in. The manager is good at enforcing the rules. Decent neighbors.
This is my first apartment, and it's an awesome starter apartment as well as an awesome neighborhood for families as well. It's not an average "apartment complex". It has a great family-feel to it which makes it feel home-y! The amenities are great, including the car cleaning station- bonus! The maintenance people are great and are so nice, any issues are fixed usually within the same day....
