This was the second time I used this company. Value was excellent, however it took three weeks and three appointments to get the job done correctly. The job was sloppy, done incorrectly, and leaked excessivly. Cleanup was sloppy. Communication with Eric was very vague and spotty. Eric did come out the third time and fixed all the issues himself. I was out of town but needed to have the work completed anyway. Eric and his team were able to get the work done before I came back and it looks great. There was one minor issue with a leak from a joint, but when I told him, his team was there the same day. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

I had gutters & downspouts replaced on my home. Very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and great customer service. They were always a step ahead.

Work was completed on time and as promised. Had some additional charges for replacing rotted fascia that could not be seen during initial inspection. Charges were based on the Price per linear foot that was quoted in advance. Workmanship is excellent and clean up after the job was completed was excellent. Highly recommended.

We found that the job was done when scheduled, the workers knew what they were doing and the area was cleaned up before they left. It is so nice to have the gutter covers protect us from all the leaves and debris from the surrounding trees on our property. We highly recommend Gutter Connection for the job as promised.
