They do a terrific job with my dog. The staff is courteous and professional and my dog always comes back looking and feeling great. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I took my two cats in for their first groom, one longhair and one short hair. I told them the short hair would need sedation as he does not allow bathing, but the longhair is fine with it and just meows instead of trying to bite and claw. They had me sign sedation papers for both "just in case." That should've been my warning.

I was referred to The Groom Shoppe. So, on Thursday I stopped in to inquire about pricing and availability for my dog. The guy there told me that I could bring my dog in Friday or Saturday before 9 am. I thought Saturday was odd considering on the door it reads M-F 7am. I have a black long haired dachshund that was shedding. I took him to The Groom Shop and they did a deshedding & grooming. I am very satisfied with the service. Dog looks great & staff was courteous , helpful. Will definitely return
For future grooming& desheding. Also, they had him ready on time. Recommend for a professional grooming.

The groomer recieved my puppy at 7:30 Am and I did not get him back until 7:00 PM. I called twice to check on him and his progress around 2pm and they told me an hour or so just for my husband to stop by after work at 4:30 and find out they had not done ANYTHING to him!!!!
