The Grand has a very friendly staff and excellent maintenance staff, but the price and quality are hardly worth it. There are constant plumbing issues, requiring the water to be shut off frequently. The rent is somewhat reasonable for the area, but it is constantly going up. Over all, I would recommend The Grand as a starter apartment to get the grips of the area because of the location and...

With the renovations now complete, The Grand Apartments now lives up to its name. The flooring and color give the building a trendy and clean feel. I cannot be happier to say that I live in a beautiful building that is taken care of and well managed! And lets not forget, its always awesome to be able to show off to your friends and family where you live. :)

This is the worst apartment anyone can live in. The problems with the hot water, the dirty hallways and paint coming off the walls, the leaks over your parking spaces, the fire doors that don't latch or are missing door handles, the dirty elevators. I can't wait to have my lease expire so I can move out.

I have lived here close to 2.5 years and all is going well management gives parties , brunches things for kids and fix things well has a world one of kink gym, sauna most dont have and most things wrok fine many people live here so some things go out but are fixed timely. we have recycling and spacious apartments and much more I recommend and many things yo cant get elsewhere tenant grand...
