I wouldn't book hotel again. I didn't realize until after booking and getting confirmation that I needed to check in with a vacation office. This place has no front desk. Also listing is misleading. Has "free parking" of you can find any street spots near this place. Has no designated parking spots. We did go back to the office and spoke with him about parking. Told ad doesn't state free...

A cozy, quiet, restful B&B two blocks from all the action

A group of us had three rooms, which were all very comfortable and a great place to rest after a full day doing Key West. A healthy continental breakfast by the small garden pool was a perfect beginning to the day. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent.

From the moment the rental co. picked us up at the airport until we left, we had a fantastic time in Key West. We stayed in The Writers Room King at Garden House B&B. Loved the room, we had our own fridge, flat screen tv, etc. We met 4 new friends during our stay while sitting around the mini pool...

Don't get fooled by the pictures...the gecko room is very small and needs some repairs. It does have a small fridge that is handy. The room is noisy as the continental breakfast is served on the patio just outside the room from 8-10:00 a.m. the breakfast is simple but adequate. The Garden House is two blocks away from Duval Street. The house and pool are surrounded by lush gardens. There are 10 units, each with private washroom facilities and some with private porches.
