Ben was wonderful! He returned my phone call w/in half an hour and showed up right on time for my appointment. Unfortunately, he was unable to fix our problem, but I would definitely call him again and recommend him to others.

Ben was very easy to work with. I however did not know exactly what I wanted. Decided on a ventless fireplace, then changed my mine. Ben was very cooperative. Listen to my concerns and needs and we decided on a vented fireplace. He worked around my schedule and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my choice.
