The lady said we she can show us the place after an hour and we came back to see the apartment. She said its raining no show. And it wasn't raining, it stopped raining. Not coming here at all will not recommend this place for anyone.

**Note, I just copied my Yelp review. The location of the property is great, but I have my reserves with management. The move in conditions weren't what I expected (the cabinets and the titled bathroom walls were filthy.) The faucets in the property were in poor condition and one of them was rusted so bad it had a hole in the front of the fixture. Thankfully, they replaced the faucets....

The Fields at Merrifield is honestly a nice place to live. No matter where you go there will always be some unfriendly & rude people and kids that have no manners. However, I'm not sure why there is Grill and Picnic area 5 feet away from the apartments. People here grill at 10pm. Don't have your windows or doors open; your apartment will fill with smoke and/or smell of smoke. This should be...

I've lived at The Fields At Merrifield since 2004 and have loved it. If anyone thinks it's "hood" then they seriously need to travel to a less fortunate area. How hood can a place in the middle of Fairfax be, seriously. Yes, at one point there were some issues with getting work done in your apartment but it seems to be back on track now.
