The Falls apartments are overpriced and have terrible treatment of the tenants. The contracts cannot be broken, you cannot find anyone to take over the apartment or sublet. If you end up staying and living month to month they require 60 days to exit the apartment. They also add extra charges after exiting that makes you pay approximately $500 above any expected fees.

The parking lot is so horrible, it will ruin your car. They have piled up asphalt on top of asphalt and you will bottom out everytime. They should shave off at least a foot at the entrance and around the drains. Will they? I doubt it.

Because I used to live there for 3 FULL years and managements, maintenances and many things had been C H A M P! ! unlike other apartments!!! Kim Manduca is a champ manager, INDEED!! PERIOD! NO DISCUSSION! They are NON-DISCRIMINATIVE of DEAF TENANTS! Smile!

We love it here. We feel very safe, it is quiet, and our apartment is very clean. We have nice carpet, and our home had a fresh coat of paint when we moved it. The staff is very respectful of privacy, always requiring permission to enter our home (even though they have the right to enter at any time according to our lease).
