Good location , very curtius\n\nhot water faucet took two hands . bad pillows. Very old appliances . no coffee or pot .no shampoo

NOTHING and we could not get our money back since we booked it and paid for it in advance!!!! We should be able to get a refund if the room is not what is advertised by the star rating!!\n\nWe were highly mislead with this hotel having a 3 star rating. ROACHES!! Walls so thin that we could hear the vulgar conversation of the next room. Water pressure barely enough to wet your toothbrush. Towels...

Staff friendly\n\nOld, dirty hotel. Furniture and carpets filthy. Heater noisy. Towels shredded because so old. A bit surprising for the price. We selected it for the location, last minute.\n\nWe booked two beds, and when we arrived they did not have that, and offered us a cot. Nothing\n\nRoom was given away. Hotel called me at 7 to ask if I was still coming, I said yes and that I was a state away. Manager said that he gave my room away because I didn't make it there by 7pm.\n\nThe hotel manager set us up to meet with someone at the princess hotel which was almost third world condidtions as far as hotel rooms go.

We are indepently owed and operated, total of twenty rooms with four kings, six full double, ten queens bedrooms. Offer over night and extended stay lodging in smoking and non smoking room. Our room consist of micro frige with microwave and 19" to 27" color TV, Telephone in every room, FREE WI-FI.

One and only motel in downtown Alcoa and closer to Maryville.
