I have lived in town for 16 years and I am always on the look out for new and nifty spots. The Eatery just opened in April, but I was not able to try until recently. This place is absolutely dynamite. Soups, sandwiches, salads... daily specials... choices of bread....
Everything we had was excellent. It's a "can't miss" in Wallingford.

New, and take-out only so far, this business is owned by the owners of Masella Catering. They feature innovative salads, wraps, and sandwiches freshly prepared to order.
Portions are good and the food is super fresh. Their slogan "simple shouldn't be a curse word" is quite appropriate. Bread is from New York City, and the flavors are excellent.
