I heard a radio ad stating that the Dump would give out $100 gift cards to anyone who showed up to the store on Friday the 15th.The ad said there was no minimum purchase required, no strings attached. Ultimately they misinformed about pickup times and was unable to pickup when I borrowed a friends a truck. They refused to do anything to help me, and clearly didn't care. Thankfully the sales guy made arrangements to drop off the chair himself, even if he did make the error. Bottom Line worst customer service experience ever. Don't bother in the long run choose another store.

The Dump is a rip-off. They sold us a couch that's frame started coming apart less than two weeks later. We reported it right away. It is now FOUR months later and it still has not been resolved. Their customer service center is full of rude people who lie and never call you back. The store manager DOES NOT return phone calls or e-mails. They STOLE our money. BEWARE!!!! Check out their BBB...

Bought 3K worth of furniture. Delivered only half, damaged goods, damaged trees in yard, failed to show for next delivery, called at least 10 times on 4 different weekends with no return calls from managers. Have cancelled charge and will have to go to legal - nighmare / beware
