Located in Hampden on the rooftop of St. Mary's Roland View Towers, just north of The Avenue, The Dizz's new endeavor boasts the most spectacular views of Charm City in Baltimore. The once charming, handwritten specials menu items are now available on a daily basis in their extensive five page menu.
