I love this place. BUT pavlov sucks. Our internet and cable is always out every week at LEAST twice. That is truly the only issue I have with this place. I believe they should get a new internet provider so no one has to deal with this. But they have amazing staff members who do there best to help with anything we need! As well as their apartments are beautiful!

Great place with great people. Great area. The biggest downside is the cable and Internet is ALWAYS sub par. You're lucky if you can go a whole 2 weeks without the internet going out on you.

The Grand Reserve of Phenix City is a great place to live! The office Staff are nice and friendly as well as the maintenance crew! Even the Courtesy Officers are great! For the price and the amenities that are included, you can't beat it!

The grand reserve is an amazing place to live! The front desk staff and maintenance guys are fairly quick and attentive with any problems! The amenities are great m, my family loves the pools and the playground along with the brand new gym equipment and locker rooms. Our apartment is nice and spacious.
