Despite the other negative review, the guys at the shop, and the owner included - especially - are ALWAYS helpful and friendly, and will go out of their way to help anyone with tackle, gear and location questions, without pushing unecessary goods. I took a replacement fly reel I had purchased from Cabela's to have the line taken off and put on a new spool. The man behinde the counter (presumably the owner) told me he would do it for a fee, which I expected--no problems. He was going to do it right away, but I had to get back to my office and asked for a receipt for leaving my reels (common practice at all tackle stores I have ever been...
