Do NOT live here unless you want to live in a place that is so old its plumbing is barely up to code, paint and stucco peel off the walls and you have the worst management and company in California to rent from.
If you are ok with this then by all means this is a place for you.

I read the positive reviews for this apartment and was completely shocked because the manager came to my door and asked me to write a positive review for her. She went as far as telling me exactly what to say in the review which is exactly what she told me to write. Like minimal issues and prompt response in service and that she is very attentive. ALL LIES! As soon as she gets what she wants...

My husband and I have been living here since 09/2006, the manager is great, very nice. Any time we have needed the maintenance guy to come around the wait time has only been a day or so. The only problem we have is what is next to the apartment, a high school. It is difficult at times to get out in the morning, so we have to leave a little earlier than usual.
