The guys at the computer wizard also help me out well. This time my XPS at a problem that my super computer geek cousin could not fix. Richard took care of it and I had my machine back in 2 days.

I will take a Wizard over a Geek or a nerd anyday. Geeks have no personality and seem to talk to you like you are a moron and you have no idea if they can actually fix your machine or not. The guys at The Computer Wizard treated me wih respect AND fixed my machine.
