I was having issues with Windows 7 on a laptop. It was extremely slow and I could not access anything without an excruciating wait.
Ross tried to walk me through a fix remotely but I had too many issues. I dropped off the laptop at his office and he had the problems fixed and I was up and running in a couple of days.
