I have been a customer since Oct. 2008 and the service has been inpeccable! Wayne returns calls promptly and arrives on time and has rescued me from many technical problems. Wouldn't use anybody else.

Finally! A person that did what he said he would do! Fixed my laptop for the quoted price.No add-ons, no hidden charges.He even picked it up and delivered on time.The unnamed "squad" wanted $1700 to do what he did for less than a tenth of that. I highly recommend this business! A real island in a sea full of sharks..,

We charge by the hour and offer flat rate fees for certain repairs. Pickup and delivery of systems are free of charge.

1st hour On-site service fee: $80
Additional 1/2 hour: $35
Operating System rebuild (to factory default with data backup up to 10GB): $150
Laptop DC Jack replacement: $120
Various parts and hardware available on site.
