Came here for lunch on a Monday after they are closed on Sundays. My grandmother from out of town wanted steamers and they didn't have any. Food was left overs from Saturday. Chowder was bland and...

I ordered the pot roast dinner. I really liked the flavor and texture and it was juicy enough that the gravy was just extra. Nice real mashed potatoes and nice squash( I think).

We usually go to The Chieftain for the drinks and entertainment, but just as enjoyable are the staff and decor. It's a very comfortable and happy place. Occasionally, it's our choice for dinner as the menu is packed with comfort food at reasonable prices.

Established in 1995, The Chieftain Pub is owned and managed by Tom & Mary Cahill from Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, Ireland. In addition to the Cahill’s, their daughters, Olivia, Ann-Marie & Lynn are part of a dedicated staff most of which have been involved with the Chieftain from the start.
