Great beer selection and good food (the burger and the parmesan fries were excellent)! Didn't have a chance to try the cheese/meat platters but the quality of the cheese looked amazing. All in all a very worthwhile place to grab some quality beer and a good meal!

People say Eli Cannon's is the craft beer bar in CT. I think then that it would make Cask the craft beer mecca for CT.
Food is creative and delicious, albeit pricey (hey it's downtown New Haven).
Beer is phe-nom-en-al! So many taps of so much real craft. I always get something new when I go there. Everything rotates. The cask selection is usually OK, never really had anything amazing from it....

I preface this by saying that I can only speak to the gin and tonic I had as I did not eat here. But, I had 3 of these drinks and they were delicious, big, and potent. While the date I had there leaves a bad taste in my mouth, the gin most certainly did not!
