Tons of character, wonderful breakfast (included) and very friendly and helpful staff (actually daughter of owner). Walking distance to Soho & Greenwich village! Room larger than typical NYC hotel. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at The Canal Park Inn. Sarah and Kipp where so service minded and the breakfast was great. Situated in a old canal house from 1828, the location in northern Tribeca was perfect, with walking distance to Greenwich Village and Soho. The Subway was just around the corner. We stayed at the Kennedy room which was lovely. We will certainly be back.

Mycket trevlig vistelse.
Rent fint, nära till allt. The Kennedy room är mysigt. Detta är ett mycket bra alternativt boende i NY.
Ägarnas lista på vart man äter/tar ett glas var kanon. Vi hade aldrig hittat dess lokal hang out's annars.
Bra service, personligt utan att vara påträngande.
Vi har varit i NY många gånger och bott från allt från boutique lyx till budget. Detta stället är litet och...

This was a fantastically cozy, vintage hotel. Room size was more than adequate relative to those of similar price and location. Although I have no complaints about the room, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone running an early schedule. There's essentially no staff, and breakfast wasn't served until 8 30. In addition, there was no one available to hold my bags on checkout day so I was stuck...

We stayed in the Kennedy room for three nights and it was comfortable and quiet. There is an air conditioner which kep the room cool and was remarkably quiet, so we had no problem running it at night. Breakfast waffles and granola were both very good. Kipp was an excellent host. We would definitely return.
