ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Unbelievable! The only thing this company has kept is the name: The Cake Collection. It is NOT operated (and I suspect not owned) by the same folk that operated it back in the years 2000 through 2010. What they gave us was so horrible, not only were they willing to give me a full refund, but 20% off any future purchases (AS IF!), and, if a picture is worth a 1,000 words, even with a picture, the cake came out looking absolutely NOTHING like what was pictured, agreed to, and paid for; then, had to get into a shouting match to get a refund 30+ days later. The Cake Collection is the BEST! They have the best cakes in town plus there cakes are very unique and they customize your cakes to your choice. I love this place. Try it out you won’t be disappointed.

I brought a photo of a very simple cake i wanted for my husbands B-day. I spent 30 mins going over the cake with the cake staff. I then picked it up on sunday and it was nothing like the picture at all not even close! Of course there was no one there to fix the cake because it was a sunday. I was so embarrassed to have this cake for the party.... It looked so bad!!! Very cheap looking. Then the cake was so dry!!! I even left it out and did not put it in the refrigerator! I will never go to this place again!!!!!!

I had Adam bake our wedding cake and my borthday cake. Both were delicious. I ordered a cheese cake for my birthday, and it just melted in my mouth. It spelled so sweet, but tasted like heaven. I am ordering another for my sisters baby shower. A giant cheese cake!
