This whole hotel reminds me of a smoking lounge, though it doesn't smell like it. It just looks like the good ole boys club where men would be sitting around guzzling scotch, mocking cigars and sporting evening suites with elbow patches. 30 years ago this hotel, known as The Broker was Boulder, Co's "other" classy hotel (along with the Boulderado). It was beautiful with extraordinary finishes at the front desk and in the rooms. 30 years have been cruel to this old beauty. Most probably, greedy owners milked her and put nothing back. A little 'tired' but good value for money

Value for money was great and location excellent for anyone needing access to CU Boulder. Right on the bus route.
First day they ran out of most of the breakfast items before 9:00 when breakfast is supposed to run to 9:30 and that was disappointing. We complained and they rectified it for the following two days.
