I lived at the Bristol for just under two years. It was noisy, went through periods of not being kept up. Constant turnover with staff. My "water" view was totally blocked the majority of the 2nd year due to unkempt trees. Very poor service and most importantly, getting my refund back was a pain. The manager lied about what we had agreed on. Typical apartment, looks good when you move in...

The Bristol at Southport was a great place to live. Very quiet, I never heard my neighbors. They were always very nice and helpful in the leasing office. I had to break my lease and the property manager worked with me and saved me a ton of money. The maintenance was always professional, quick, and friendly. The apartments are very nice and safe. I have lived here 3 months now, and I love it!! The Leasing staff has made my transition here fantastic. Alea especially has made my stay fantastic!! Besides this place being close to my work, the surroundings here are Amazing!! I highly recommend The Bristol of you're living in the Renton area. -Happy Tenant

I live here and it's not that bad. It is expensive for those that can't really afford it. I pay $1350 per month and yes it is a little more than what others charge around here...but let's face it "you are on the water". Tania
