This building should've waited about a year to get everything together before opening in August 2015. The told me I could move in June, but then didn't event get the Certificate of occupancy until August! They are constantly having elevator maintenance issues and kept delaying the opening of the rooftop pool and grills. And there is NO FREE GUEST PARKING! Unless you park on both sides of the...

As much as I want to like this place, I keep getting frustrated. When I moved in the place was filthy and filled with dust. I had to wipe off all of the shelves because it was just plain dirty. The carpet doesn't have the padding, so I am constantly stepping on nails. None of the grills in the area work and the outside elevator is a hit a miss. It works 50/50. Why do I still give 4 stars?
