I use this place as my personal mail box for the past 5 years. Its pretty good. You get 24hr access to the box, which is usually hard to find. The parcel services are on par with UPS Stores or Fedex Stores. I wish they were open longer hours especially on Saturday. The store would not let me put my return address on a package I sent and now the package is lost. I call to try and find out where the package may be and I talked to 2 different rude people who found it difficult to simply look up information in the computer. Wow! Never will I send from this location again.
