The installers didn't install the valances correctly and they fell down a few hours after the installers left. One hit me. One hit a glass desk. And upon calling, they said they might be able to have someone come look at it in a couple of days. Disappointed. Shoddy work and horrible customer service. They have the worst customer service ever. The people in the St. George office have a cake job. Sit around and know nothing and do nothing. They run an office and don't know how to use a phone. I ordered woven wood roman shades from the Blind Man early June 2011. I was told 2-3 weeks from order date to install. When I called three weeks later to check on the order I found out the sales rep had gone out of town, there was a problem with the order, so that's why I hadn't been contacted nor the order placed.
