Called the Birdsong Company in reference to my garage door. Made appointment for April 10th to have someone come out and look at the garage door. Someone came to my home on the afternoon of April 10th. He did not introduce himself. Just said that “I am here to fix your garage”. I corrected him and said you mean “look at the garage”. He came into my home and I walked him to the garage...
