A few years ago these apartments weren't all that great, so I was definitely skeptical when looking at them. The new management team is AMAZING, the office staff is great and I feel really secure in my apartment. Although mine is not one of the updated units everything is in working condition. The birches is a very nice place to live. They keep the premises up. I have come in late at night and you don't have to worry about crime. It is across the street from a hospital. When I got very sick it was very easy for me. The neighborhood is nice and the staff is, respectful. I love how they work with you when it comes to paying rent.

Nice place to live

Very nice complex for the price. Many amenities included and a nice outdoor area with the pool. Fitness room is convenient but small. Located close too I-55 and I-80 and near many shopping areas and the mall. Pet friendly and completely fenced in lot. Would highly recommend the Birches.
