Really nice, a bunch of TCU students/ recent grads live here so if you are "real adult" then it might not be the best place, but it is great for young professionals.
Really close to Magnolia Street bars/restaurants.
Front office staff seems very knowledgeable, always very friendly, and willing to help me.
There is some train noise, but it is not bad at all, I've had much louder train...
